With more than ten years of experience in education and administration, Meghan’s journey spans from assisting a national sports coach to leading classrooms, where she refined her skills in connecting with and engaging diverse communities. With a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Political Science, she brings thoughtful perspective and people-centered insight to Urban Alchemy Collective’s community engagement work.

Driven by a passion for creating beautiful, purpose-driven spaces that balance conservation with connection, Meghan approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and care. Her unique lens helps bridge education, empathy, and design, embodying UAC’s belief that people-first design builds places of belonging and lasting impact.
