Become an Alchemist

Urban Alchemy Collective isn’t built on autopilot. We’re a people-first planning and design practice, and we partner deeply, because the work only matters if the people do. We listen hard, think systemically, and deliver with clarity, care, and momentum.  Here, you won’t be boxed into a lane. You’ll work across disciplines, sectors, and scales; side by side with planners, designers, strategists, and community leaders who believe the best ideas are co-created. You’ll bring vision to the table and help carry it through: from early questions, to hard decisions, to real outcomes in the world.

We’re looking for Alchemists! Curious builders, principled thinkers, and collaborative doers; people who can hold both the big picture and the details that make a place feel like it belongs. If you want your work to have roots and reach, you’re in the right room.

Whether you’re launching your career or stepping into leadership, UAC is a place to stretch, sharpen, and shape what comes next. We value curiosity over ego, clarity over noise, and purpose over process for process’s sake. If you’re ready to grow with a collective where trust is earned daily, and talent thrives at the intersection of mentorship and ambition, there’s room for you here.

We offer:

Bring your craft. Bring your curiosity.

Let’s make places that matter.
